Kuberno, a global governance software provider for corporate secretaries, legal teams, and governance professionals, has recently completed a successful Series A funding round, securing $4.4 million in investments. Nasdaq Ventures, the investment arm of the NASDAQ Stock Exchange, led the funding round. This milestone marks a significant achievement for Kuberno and paves the way for exciting new developments in the near future.

Along with the funding round, Kuberno has also entered into a commercial partnership with Nasdaq Governance Solutions. This collaboration aims to integrate Kuberno’s technology into the Nasdaq suite, providing an even more comprehensive range of solutions for corporate governance.

Kuberno’s Kube platform is set to launch in 2021, and the company has already announced integration with Insidertrack, an insider list management solution developed by Cytec. Insidertrack is widely used by almost half of the FTSE 100, the 100 largest companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.

According to Kuberno’s CEO and co-founder, Zoe Bucknell, partnering with Nasdaq was a dream come true. She expressed her excitement about the shared mission and values between the two companies and emphasized their commitment to promoting best practices in corporate governance. Working with Nasdaq Ventures will enable Kuberno to launch Kube into global markets with a strong and sustainable foundation built over the past three years. With increasing focus on governance, there is a growing demand for governance technology, and Kuberno is looking forward to working closely with the Nasdaq Governance Solutions team to help their customers achieve the gold standard of governance.

Kuberno is headquartered in London, UK, and provides governance solutions for a range of industries. Its Kube platform is designed to simplify and automate corporate governance processes, helping companies to comply with regulations and mitigate risks. The platform offers a comprehensive set of features, including automated document creation, tracking and reporting of key governance activities, and a centralized dashboard for managing governance tasks.

The completion of the Series A funding round and partnership with Nasdaq Governance Solutions marks a significant milestone for Kuberno. The company is well-positioned to expand its offerings and provide even more value to its customers, helping them to achieve the highest standards of corporate governance.
